The sustainable hostel The Green Elephant is located in Maastricht. The values ​​of this sustainable hotel concept tie in seamlessly with the Copperant brand; conscious, responsible and healthy. Everything in this hostel exudes sustainability. The food, the rooms and the materials used. In the summer of 2019, Masco Schilders completely painted the renovated building inside and out with Copperant paint. For example, the walls and ceilings were sprayed with the plant-based paint line Altra, which was developed with the binding agent Decovery® in collaboration with DSM. The biobased and waterborne Pura paint was used for the woodwork. An environmentally friendly and responsible choice.
