Office building

The private office (AM house) developed by and for AM RED is located in the Utrecht Business Park Papendorp. The office is a pleasant and inspiring place to work; now a recognizable calling card for AM and AM RED. Transparency is central to the office with a surface area of approximately 3,000 m². The open, light space with a monumental appearance has been given a refreshing refurbishment by Koeverma, painters with verve.

Sustainability is an important pillar for project developer AM RED. For the inspiring office building, Koeverma has used the biobased and water-based Pura paint.
