Ozamet

To prevent icy and slippery roads in wintertime, Ozamet developes and produces “state-of-the-art” salt spraying equipment in the Polish town of Jonkowo. The production, engineering and services are high quality. Baril Coatings Poland managed to convince Ozamet three years ago to convert the traditional 3-layer system that they used into a 2-layer “NORSOK” tested DualCure system from Baril Coatings. This system provides protection for corrosion class C5 with 2 layers, 200 μm in total, with a superior color and gloss retention. The total system is applied in a timeframe of less than 3 hours!

By using the DualCure Chemistry system, developed by Baril Coatings, less coating is needed. This is better for the environmental impact and leads to a more sustainable result. This coating is dirt-repellent, so there is less dirt on the equipment.
The DualCure paint system is also less vulnerable of damage during transport. This leads to less maintenance and lower maintenance costs.
